The counselling cost is £60 50 minutes. 

Couples £90 ph

The payment should be made 48 hours before your session to secure your place. Bank details will be on your confirmation email along with the counselling contract.

If you need to cancel a session, please allow 48 hours notice. Where possible, we can rearrange a time that suits you. Less than 48 hours notice will incur the full cost of a session.

Counselling is for any person looking to bring about change in their life, whether from an emotional or mental health position or a challenge in relationships with family, loved ones or in a work environment. It could be simple or complex, and it may be relevant to the here and now or historical life experiences that are causing you stress. Whatever your current situation, there will be a way forward for you, 

I will explain the process the first time we talk on the phone or in person. And allow you to ask as many questions as you want. It is common for people to feel anxious about sharing their lives with a stranger, but in time you will feel more comfortable. 

We work towards a shared agreement. It is not possible to say how many sessions you might need as every person will have their own unique life experiences. However, as we work together over the weeks, we can review to see how life is changing for you.
