Every relationship has moments where communication breaks down, connection fades, or old patterns take over. Many couples find themselves stuck in cycles they can’t shift on their own — even when they love each other deeply.
In couples therapy, my role is to create a steady, safe environment where both partners can speak openly without fear of criticism, shutdown or escalation.
We slow everything down so you can hear each other properly, understand what’s really happening beneath the surface, and begin rebuilding closeness and trust.
You don't need to face these patterns alone, with the right support, couples can rebuild clarity, connection and trust.

My approach ensures that neither partner is overshadowed and both feel supported throughout the process. You will feel heard and understand whats happening beneath the surface of your relationship. This isn't about blame or shame, it's about helping you build a steadier and more connected way of relating.
Relationship counselling can help you:
Therapy gives you the time, space, and guidance to reconnect and build a more resilient, supportive partnership — one where both of you feel seen, valued, and understood.
Your Path Through Support
Every couple arrives with different needs, so the first step is making sure you’re in the right place and that I can offer the support your relationship genuinely requires.
1. Book Your Free 20-Minute Consultation
This is an informal conversation where you can share what’s been happening, ask questions, and get a feel for how I work.
It also helps us explore:
whether I’m the right therapist to support you.
whether couples therapy or discernment counselling is the most helpful next step.
whether any safety or well-being concerns need addressing first.
There’s no pressure and no obligation — it’s simply about finding the right fit.
2. We Identify the Best Direction for You
After we talk, we’ll decide together which path is most appropriate:
