Imagine you have been in a long term relationship. For reasons out of your control your partner is no longer a part of your life. How are you experiencing life now? Are you feeling alone? What is your identity as a single person? Common statements by clients are;  "I don’t know who I am" or "I am feeling lost sometimes anxious in social situations."  or "I don’t know what to do next" By exploring these feelings in therapy and many more besides we can discover how you can adapt and move forward, alleviating feeling of uncertainty and may be vulnerability.
