A Few Words About Me
I’m a qualified counsellor and a registered member of the BACP, with years of experience supporting individuals and couples through some of the most difficult chapters of their lives. My approach is warm, practical, and grounded. I help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface, recognise the patterns that leave you feeling stuck, and begin to reclaim the steadiness and connection you’ve been longing for.
I’m someone who understands how overwhelming life can feel when you’re carrying everything on your own. I work with people who need a place to slow down, to talk things through, to make sense of what’s happening, and to feel more like themselves again. My style is active, present, and engaged — I don’t sit back and simply nod. I’m here with you. I help you untangle the truth, understand the dynamics underneath, and find clearer, more hopeful ways forward, whether you come as an individual or as a couple seeking support.
